Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 6 large leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into thin strips.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the heated oil. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Add paneer strips to the pan and gently toss to coat them with the spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the paneer is lightly browned and cooked through.

Step 5

Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 6

While the paneer is cooling, wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Step 7

Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Slice the tomato and onion thinly as well.

Step 8

Place a lettuce leaf on a clean surface. Add a few slices of cucumber, tomato, and onion along the center of the leaf.

Step 9

Top with a few strips of spiced paneer and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

Step 10

Roll the lettuce leaf tightly around the fillings, folding in the sides as you go to form a neat wrap.

Step 11

Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make additional rolls.

Step 12

Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
