  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 4 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set it aside.

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili to the pan, sautéing for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell dissipates.
