Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 150 grams Baby corn
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 50 ml Heavy cream
  • 100 ml Water
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnish Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside. Slice the baby corn into small rounds.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, and green chili.

Step 3

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and the green chili. Cook until the raw smell disappears, about 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts separating from the mixture.
