Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the almond milk and olive oil.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter, spreading it evenly to form a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
