  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts, roasted and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Low-carb sweetener such as Xylitol
  • 2 tablespoons Almond milk (for Nutella)

Directions

Step 1

In a blender, combine almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, erythritol, and salt. Blend until smooth to make the crepe batter.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Melt a small amount of butter in the pan to prevent sticking.
