  • 2 large eggs
  • 200 grams Chinese broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles under cold running water. Then, place them in a dry pan over medium heat for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture. Set aside.

2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

3. In a small bowl, combine the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar substitute. Stir to mix well and set aside.
