  • 500 grams chicken breast, ground

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cups cauliflower rice

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all your ingredients: mince the garlic, finely chop the bird's eye chilies, slice the onion and red bell pepper, and wash the Thai basil leaves.

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
