  • 500 grams minced beef or turkey

  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the okra under cold running water and pat dry with a clean towel. Trim the stems and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
