Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 4 cup Ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add olive oil, stirring until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a thick batter.
