  • 2 red habanero peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces. Set them aside in a bowl.

Step 2

In a large pot, add the water and bring it to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, lower the heat to medium, and add the chicken pieces to the pot.

Stir in the pepper soup spice mix, grated ginger, minced garlic, finely chopped habanero peppers, and chopped onion.
