  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons Erythritol
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and grease four ramekins with unsalted butter.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and butter. Melt in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until both are fully melted and smooth.
