  • 500 grams Frozen Molokhia leaves
  • 300 grams Chicken breast
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Begin by defrosting the frozen Molokhia leaves. Leave them out at room temperature or defrost in a microwave if necessary.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and sauté until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
