Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup Erythritol
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, cream the unsalted butter and erythritol together until light and fluffy.
