  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate (85% cacao or higher), chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the 1/4 cup of water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.

In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee, and erythritol. Whisk together over medium heat until smooth and well-combined.
