Ingredients

  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 1 large Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 100 grams Snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all vegetables: cut broccoli into small florets, slice bell pepper into thin strips, slice zucchini into half-moons, julienne the carrot, and slice the red onion.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the stir-fry sauce.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
