Ingredients

  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 300 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml oyster sauce
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 2 large zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 medium bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 150 grams cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 units garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 3 units green onions, chopped
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat half of the olive oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, around 5-6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 5

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside with the chicken.

Step 6

In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil. Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the zucchini noodles and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Return the chicken and shrimp to the pan.

Pour the sauce mixture over the meats and vegetables. Toss everything well to coat and heat through.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and chopped green onions before serving.
