  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix well until a dough forms.

Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to allow the psyllium to absorb the moisture.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
