Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 cup Boiling water
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 unit Green chili, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or ghee (for cooking)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder.

Step 3

Slowly add the boiling water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Set aside to cool slightly.

Step 4

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter or ghee.

Add the finely chopped onion and green chili to the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Stir in the garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
