Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Hot dogs
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 quarter cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol sweetener
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 quarter cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
  • 12 Skewers
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Cut each hot dog in half and insert a skewer into each piece. Pat them dry with paper towels to help the batter adhere better.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Allow it to cool slightly and then whisk in the egg, almond milk, and yellow mustard.
