Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 0.25 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 6 large Lettuce leaves
  • 6 pieces Sliced tomatoes
  • 6 pieces Sliced pickles
  • 3 slices Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot, place the chicken patties in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Step 5

If using cheese, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Step 6

Prepare the mini burgers by placing each cooked patty on a lettuce leaf. Top with a slice of tomato and pickle.

Step 7

Fold the lettuce around the burger to enclose the toppings, forming a wrap.

Step 8

Serve immediately, and enjoy your low-carb mini chicken burgers!
