  • 300 grams Shirataki noodles
  • 80 grams Mentaiko (pollock roe)
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Nori (seaweed) strips

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles under warm water for 2-3 minutes and drain well to remove any odor.

Step 2

In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the drained shirataki noodles to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes to remove excess moisture.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low and add heavy cream, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Gently slice open the mentaiko sacs and squeeze out the roe into a bowl, discarding the sacs. Add the mentaiko to the skillet and stir to evenly distribute.
