  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 large pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.25 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two layers of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken to an even thickness for uniform cooking.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
