Ingredients

  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
