  • 100 grams Chorizo sausage, diced
  • 4 strips Cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
