  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 15 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup Cooked Italian sausage
  • 0.5 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce, low carb
  • 0.5 medium Yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 medium Onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of almond flour, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.

Step 3

Microwave on high for about 1 minute until the cheese is melted. Stir until fully combined.

Step 4

Add 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 0.5 teaspoon each of salt and pepper to the mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.

Sprinkle another cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 0.25 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.

Return the pizza to the oven, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Step 12

Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cut into slices, and serve warm.
