  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 2 large Egg
  • 200 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 grams Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.

Step 3

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until fully browned.

Step 4

Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper, mixing well. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Step 5

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Step 6

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add in the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

Step 7

Combine the dry ingredients with the cheese mixture to form a dough.

Step 8

Divide the dough into two halves. Roll out one half between two sheets of parchment paper to fit the base of the baking dish.

Step 12

Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
