Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • 12 ounces kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little olive oil.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower head into small florets, resembling macaroni size.

Step 3

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible.

Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1/4 inch thick slices.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sausage slices. Cook until the sausage is browned on both sides, about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
