  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While waiting, cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the sharp cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.

Step 6

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper.

Step 7

Add the drained cauliflower florets and frozen peas to the cheese sauce, stirring gently to coat the vegetables evenly.

Step 8

Transfer the cauliflower and cheese mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.

Step 10

Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
