  • 1 whole Cauliflower head (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Mustard powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets and discard the stem and leaves.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
