Ingredients

  • 1 lemon Lemon zest

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the mixed olives under cold water to remove excess brine and drain them well using a colander.

In a large mixing bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
