  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
