Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cups Erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cups Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cups Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
