  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Stevia or erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Whipped cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Berries (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, melted coconut oil, stevia, and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined and smooth.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently with a spatula until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
