Ingredients

  • 200 grams Shirataki noodles
  • 150 grams Kimchi
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for about 2-3 minutes to remove any residual odor. Drain well and set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the green onions, separating the white parts from the green parts.

Step 3

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add the garlic, ginger, and the white parts of the green onions to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the kimchi to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the shirataki noodles to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the noodles to heat through.
