  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
