Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground lamb
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 Cucumber

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion, garlic, and parsley.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped red onion, minced garlic, parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the lamb mixture thoroughly with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
