Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 8 pieces metal or soaked bamboo skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Chop the red and yellow bell peppers and zucchini into 1-inch pieces. Peel and cut the red onion into similar-sized chunks.
