Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 3 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Thyme, dried
  • 2 teaspoons Allspice, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks with paper towels, then set them aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, dried thyme, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix these ingredients well to form a marinade.
