  • 50 grams Erythritol sweetener
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 120 milliliters Almond milk
  • 100 grams Dried currants
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 50 grams Powdered erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
