  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, combine 4 cups of cold water, 0.25 cup kosher salt, 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, and 3 minced garlic cloves.
