Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Stir well to make sure all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter and stir until a dough forms. The dough should be thick but slightly sticky.

Step 5

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Place the balls into the prepared baking dish, arranging them snugly so they touch slightly.

Step 6

Sprinkle the tops of the dough balls with sesame seeds.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pav rolls have risen and are golden brown on top.

Step 8

Allow the rolls to cool in the dish for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your soft and fluffy low-carb pav with your favorite curry or chutney!
