  • 2 units large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds or until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
