  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream (optional for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
