  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup zucchini (chopped)
  • 2 ounces green chiles (diced)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and add olive oil.

Add the chopped bell pepper, celery, and onion to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
