  • 4 pieces Whole wheat low-carb wrap
  • 2 medium Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 small Red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
