Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower florets
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, chop the cauliflower into small florets.

Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the chopped onion.
