  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, dried onion flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
