Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 200 grams, sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 250 ml Beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Almond flour

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a thick patty.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent and mushrooms are golden.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
