Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms
  • 4 slices Ham slices
  • 1/4 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted.

Step 3

Add 3/4 cup of almond flour, 1 large egg, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten it into a round pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.
