  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 8 slices Thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in a separate bowl, then add to the almond flour mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
